This permit is issued for all operations that may include cutting, welding, dust production, soldering, or other miscellaneous hot work. All work shall be between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM unless otherwise noted and authorized. THE UHFMO AT 713-743-5858 AND THE UH FIRE ALARM SHOP AT 713-743-5762 SHALL BE NOTIFIED OF ANY CHANGES TO WORK THAT IS RESCHEDULED, CANCELED, OR IF WORK COMPLETED EARLY.
